The tournaments will take place in Grodzisk Mazowiecki in the Sports Hall, 3a Westfala street. Here is the schedule:

8. Tournament groups and entry fees:
Tournament A is open for players rated 2000 (ELO) and higher.
Entry fee: 100 PLN or 25 €
players under 18 and over 60 years old: 80 PLN or 20 €
Tournament B is open for players rated below 2000.
Entry fee: 80 PLN or 20 €
players under 18 and over 60 years old: 60 PLN or 15 €
9. System of Play
9 rounds, Swiss System. The tournaments will count for the FIDE rating.
Group A: 90 min with an increment of 30 seconds per move
Group B: 90 min per player

Prize fund – 60 000 PLN (15 000 €) gross

Remarks:
Prizes are not divided.
Not more than 2 prizes can be given to a player. If he wins more prizes, he receives the 2 highest. If the value of the prizes is equal, the player receives (if applicable) prizes in the following order:
- for the final place
- for the best girl (in as young group as possible)
- for the best boy (in as young group as possible)
- for the best player born 1947 or earlier
- for the best woman
- for the best player without rating
- for the best place in rating groups (in as low rating group as possible)
All prizes are shown before taxes, the income tax of 10% will be deducted. According to the Polish law all prizes below 760 PLN are free of taxation.

Applications submitted on the 9-15 of July – entry fees rise by 20 PLN (5 €)
Applications submitted on the 16-19 of July – entry fees rise by 40 PLN (10 €)
Applications submitted on the 20 of July – entry fees rise by 60 PLN (15 €)

12. Verification
The list of the participants will be regularly updated and published on the website www.poloniachess.pl, and the final list will be posted up for the verification by the players on 20th July 2007 in the playing hall at 4 pm.
13. Special Conditions
- free participation: Grandmasters and Women Grandmasters if applied by 8.07.2007.
- free accomodation from 20.07.2007 till 28.07.2007 in a single room: 5 highest seeded players if applied by 8.07.2007
- free accomodation from 20.07.2007 till 28.07.2007 in a double room: 10 players with the start numbers from 6 to 15 if applied by 8.07.2007.
